“The concepts of the Performance and the Learning Zone resonated greatly with our audience. During our breakout sessions, we applied these concepts to tackle high-impact challenges in different facets of our business. Eduardo was excellent, flexible, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend him. He has an extensive understanding of the growth mindset and can shape his message to fit the business environment.”
“I received feedback from my entire team that this was the best training that we have done in several years. I believe that as we apply the content over the next few months, we will see improvements in our creativity, and our willingness to go after business that we may not have traditionally gone after, and our team engagement and morale.”
— Jerrod McBride, Navy Regional Manager, Cisco
“Eduardo’s lessons were insightful and impactful. Eduardo is sincere and thoughtful. Our team came away from the coaching not only motivated but educated and genuinely changed in a way that enables us to work more effectively as a team with a growth mindset. In our leadership meetings today, now more than a year after the first coaching, we still refer back to principles from that first session.”
